This is one of my favorite recipes that I’ve tried yet in the ninja slow cooker. The meat comes out incredibly tender, and the brandy is not overpowering. You can only detect its subtle nuances. It’s great served over rice.
The nice thing about this dish is that its fancy enough in its name, presentation, and ingredients to serve in an upscale sort of situation. It will make you feel like you’re high society, even though it’s merely a slow cooker meal.
Try this one out. You’ll like it. My whole family did…and they’re hard to please!!
