Hi, my name is Ted Zayka

A little about me: I am a native small-town Massachusetts guy. I live in the shadows of Gillette stadium. I spend my days as an English teacher and theatre director. I have travelled all over this country of ours, and I have lived on both coasts. I am passionate about cars and motorcycles, and the auto industry. Beyond that, I love playing golf, reading, acting/directing and writing. The last one I haven’t been doing nearly enough. This blog is partly my way of filling this need.

I really enjoy people watching, and observing the frailties, strengths and individual quirks that make up human nature. It helps inform my job as a theatre and English teacher, as well as a freelance writer.

I started this blog for two main reasons:

1. As a professional freelancer website to exhibit my work in a portfolio for potential clients.
2. As an outlet for my creative, and at times unique perspective on the world.

So…I thought I would share some of my observations and thoughts with you.  This blog is a collection of my observations, musings, praises and questions. I invite you into my world and mind. I hope you don’t get lost.
